    Dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Mykola Lukash - one of the most outstanding translators with phenomenal linguistic talents and amazing erudition - he has translated from 18 languages. Mykola Lukash is a lexicographer, literary scholar who was searching for the original Ukrainian vocabulary, which with great artistic perfection reproduced masterpieces of world literature and left a great and varied heritage.
    On the obverse of the coin are placed: at the top - the small State Emblem of Ukraine, to the right and left of which the figures 20 19 are indicated, under the coat of arms the inscription UKRAINE; stylized composition, symbolizing the book of translations by Nicholas Lukash - left on a matte background with the following authors: GOETHE / FLAUBERT / SCHILLER / RILKE HEINE / CERVANTES / BURNS TUWIM / HUGO VERLAINE / BOCCACCIO / MICKIEWICZEER / HEINE RIVER / CERVANTES / TOWIM BURNS / HUGHAN'S VERLEN / Bokkacho / MITSKICH. On the right, on the mirror background is the logo of the National Bank of Ukraine Banknote and Mint.
    The reverse of the coin depicts a portrait of Nikolai Lukash, to the left of which on the mirror background shows the years of life in two lines 1919/1988; right vertical inscriptions: MICHAEL / LUKASH.
