It has been modified to plug in.  It has a fluorescent bulb,  and the outside lites move and flash on and off.
Beautiful decorative item for any man cave, or game room, or bar.  It has BEAUTIFUL GRAPHICS!!
Very nice shape, no cracks or damage.  Outside brass trim has some marks, but can easily be polished.
It measures 19-1/2" Wide X 12-3/4" Tall X 5" Deep.
Can be set on a shelf, or hung from a hole on the back.
