You are looking at a Vintage Silver Dollar Cartwheel Slot Machine Pay out Topper.  These types of signs were commonly used in the 1950's and 1960's hung on a frame on the top of the old mechanical slot machines.  This sign is 15" x 16 1/2" and is made of Plexiglas.  This sign is all hand painted with the best win of 3 sevens jackpot of 0.  We are told by the estate that this came out of the Golden Gate Casino in downtown Las Vegas, NV.
