This coin celebrates the national educational institution that trains staff for Ukraine’s Internal Ministry, National Police, and central executive bodies. Ukraine, which is going through difficult times, needs highly qualified specialists who will effectively perform new tasks in combating crime, ensuring public safety, upholding the law, and acting for the benefit of the Ukrainian people.
