Dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the Constitution of Ukraine, adopted June 28, 1996 the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on behalf of Ukrainian people - citizens of Ukraine of all nationalities. The Constitution of Ukraine establishes the fundamental provisions of the organization and functioning of the Ukrainian state and society.
The obverse of the coins stacked in half against the light and mirror surface placed: above - the Small National Emblem of Ukraine, right semicircular inscription - UKRAINE, in the center - the building of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, which left framed floral ornament under the building - the year of issue 2016 ; semicircle below face value UAH 2; logo Mint National Bank of Ukraine (right).
