    . Condition is "Used". Previously installed exterior door, client upgraded lock.  Lock has been defaulted to factory codes, 2 new cut SC1 keys included.  The latch is for 2 3/8" backset only,
    will not work
    on 2 3/4" backset.  Exterior face shows slight signs of weathering.  Lock reset and fully tested.  Brochure, instruction and templates can be downloaded from manufacture website.
