It accepts Red and White Stereo RCA inputs as well as fiber TOSLINK S/PDIF inputs. This will hook up to your computer with USB and allow you to record and capture the audio and save it as MP3, MP4, AIFF, and more depending on your system's software and capabilities.
Requires no power adapter when connected to a powered USB 2.0 port on your computer.
