On the obverse of the coin are: small State Emblem of Ukraine (left), inscription UKRAINE (upper semicircle), coin minting year 2019 (right), denomination TEN UAH (semicircle below); in the center is a stylized composition: a flame against which is a cross, a symbol of medicine, around - camouflage fragments symbolizing the drama of war; below is the logo of the National Bank of Ukraine Banknote and Mint Bank.
A stylized composition is placed on the reverse of the coin: a military doctor assists a wounded fighter in combat, the mirror silhouettes of a helicopter and a group of soldiers who are carrying it with their luggage (left); inscription: LIFE (below).
