    Dedicated to the artist, the founder of realistic direction in Western Ukrainian painting, art critic, literary critic, publisher Ivan Ivanovich Trush. The author of lyrical series of landscapes, life portraits of I. Frank, V. Stefanyk, L. Ukrainka, I. Nechuy-Levytsky, P. Zhitetsky, M. Drahomanov, M. Lysenko and many others, Ivan Trush has also created about 250 large canvases, among some of them are paintings "Sunset in the Forest", "Dnipro near Kiev", "Moonlight Night Over the Sea", "Taras Shevchenko's Tomb in Kanev", etc. The artist's creative work is a valuable contribution to the history of Ukrainian fine art.
