    Dedicated to the freshwater starfish of the bottom fish of the family of carp - dated to the Dnieper, disappearing species, endemic basins of the Dnieper and Southern Bug, entered in the Red Book of Ukraine and the European Red List.
    On the obverse there is a small State Emblem of Ukraine and inscriptions: UKRAINE / 2 / ГРИВНІ / 2018 and the logo of the Banknote-Mint of the National Bank of Ukraine in the wreath frame formed from images of certain species of flora and fauna.
    On the reverse of the coin there is depicted a drann Dnieper on the background of algae and pebbles (colored image, used tampon printing) and semicircular inscriptions: MARINA DNIPROVSKA (above), BARBUS BORYSTHENICUS (below).
